My Review

Donna Grant is a new to me author, i really enjoyed my first step into her written world.

A Christmas Cowboy Hero is a read that flows beautifully with great characters the story never fails to impress. Weather its the high or low points within this read you can't help but be pulled into and invested in their lives.

Who doesn't love Christmas and throw in a hot brooding Cowboy. Clayton and Abby were a great book couple and their falling in love was adorable and sweet yet hot and sexy. It wasn't over the top insta love it was more of a slow burn with intense feelings right from the start.

Clayton East a ex-Navy Seal is summoned back home. He's been working in South Africa after serving his country. He's been avoiding going back home but, problems on the ranch both with the finances, livestock being stolen and his father's health require Clayton to step up and take matters into his own hands.

Abby Harper is an amazing young woman who has taken on the care of her 2 younger brothers who she adores and is trying to do her best by. Brice is the eldest of her siblings and he hates that Abby sacrifices everything for them. His heart is in the right place when he tries to help support the family.

The problem is the people he trusted turn out to be the worst of the worst and get him mixed up in something that he quickly looses control of and gets caught in the criminal act. Landing the Harper family in a whole heap of trouble!!

I loved the suspense and drama surrounding the cattle rustling at the East Ranch as well the danger to the Harper family. What seems like punishment and a way to pay back the East Ranch for Brice ends up being the catalyst for bringing together two families. Showing them what they were yearning for and giving them both a new sense of home and family. Giving us a heartwarming read that leaves you fighting for both families to get their happy ending.
