REVIEW
Heartbreaker by Katie McCoy is the third book in her Rascals Series. Each book can easily be read as standalone. This series about five friends and the bar they own. Is light hearted, fun romance and when you read about the characters if you don't read in the release order will definitely leave you intrigued to their stories. The previous books are Rascal and Wingman.
Heartbreaker is Liam and Juliet's story told in a dual POV. I was looking forward to Liam's story i wanted to how this straight laced character was going to show his cracks!! I couldn't have wished for a better character in Jules, to bring him to enjoy life and not be so focused in his life plan. Focus is good but we get one life and its also to be enjoyed.
Jules is a former ballerina, due to injury Jules life has taken a new direction and she needs a new job. Fate leads her to rascals bar where she is trying to let loose and decide which way forward to go now. When she meets a tall and handsome stranger, they share a dance and a hot kiss.
When she returns the to the bar the next day she over hears there hiring and jumps straight in for the job. What she never expected was her handsome stranger turns out to be a co-owner of the bar.
Liam Callahan is a man who knows what he wants. He's focused, has a life plan and doesn't do relationships unless they are going to push his plan in the direction he ultimately wants.
That is until his path crosses with Juliet's, she's the opposite of everything he's been focused on before. He doesn't understand this pull towards her, but he can't get her out of his head.
Will Juliet be his down fall or the best new direction he never planned for.
This whole series is a great read and the more i read about these five men. I can't wait to find out their stories. Sawyer who's say's he'll never fall that hard and loves winding the other men up about how they are in relationship's. And Dante, oh Dante your story is the one i want!! Open your eyes before she's lost to someone else!!!!
