My name is Holly Webb. I live in Dublin with my awesome hubby. I’ve been writing all my life, but last year I decided to follow my dreams and become a full time writer. It’s all I have ever wanted to do.
My first full length book, Worth the Chase was released in 2017.  It’s a romance story, (as I am an old romantic) but there is some adult content in it.
I have since released three more books called, This Thing Between Us, Sharing Max and Broken Vows.
When I’m not writing, I like to draw, crochet, make jigsaws and I love to watch old movies.
My favourite movie is An Affair to Remember and my favourite TV shows are Lucifer, Grey’s Anatomy, Blue Bloods and of course, Game of Thrones. I love Rascal Flatts and Adele, but I will listen to most kinds of music.
My biggest fear is not following my dreams because I am too afraid to fail.
I favourite quote is, “It always seems impossible, until it’s done – Nelson Mandela “

💗 Let's Get To Know Holly 💗

1. What made me want to write?

~ Writing was something I've always loved to do since I was young. I started with writing poems and short stories, the moved on to full length stories when I was about 18.

2. Where do I get my inspiration for my stories? 

~ I get it from everywhere really. I sometimes have dreams, I get ideas from movies and TV programmes, but I think my biggest inspiration would be from music. I can hear a song, and bam, I have a story idea in my head.

3. Are any of my characters based on real people?

~ I would say, while all the characters are fictional, there are traits, and quirks I take from people I know in real life. There would be a lot of me in the characters too, but I think most writers would say that.

4. Who is your favourite author? 

~ There are so many amazing authors, it's hard to pick just one, but if I really had to, I would have to say I love Shelia O'Flanagan. I have all of her books on my kindle, and on paperback. She would be without doubt my 1-click without even thinking.

5. What else do you do to relax in your spare time?

~  Well spare time is not something I would have a lot of, but when I do have some down time, I love to crochet, I love to draw, I love Jigsaws, and I really like to do anything that is creative. I think I have always just been creative. I can't just sit and watch TV, I like my hands to be doing something.
