Oh J.Daniels you have broke my heart with this one!! Have your tissues at the ready because Sean "Stitch" has one heartbreaking story. Bad for You is the third instalment in J. Daniels Dirty Deeds series. It does read as a complete standalone with just a few appearances from other Dirty Deeds characters. Although it can be read perfectly fine by itself, I would absolutely recommend reading Four Letter Word and Hit the Spot ahead of time. Because?? come on it's J.Daniels!!
Sean had a childhood that no child should ever have to endure. You would think that after such a hard childhood he would grow up bitter, and be hard on the outside as well as the inside. And although he did Bad to survive, this man had the most beautiful heart and soul. It amazed me for someone to have never had nurture. He was so kind and caring to the people that meant the most, even if he didn't recognise it in himself. So many emotions i felt throughout this book with Sean.

She asked him out, but he completely brushed her off and just stopped talking to her. She was heartbroken and felt foolish, Shayla wouldn't talk to Sean unless necessary but that didn't ever stop her from seeing him.

He just can't stop himself the pull to Shayla is to strong, he goes over to her to see what was going on. This leads to their friendship developing again. As they spend time together, Shayla starts to learn why Stitch is the way he his. Making her even more determined to helping Stitch see his worth. Shayla goes in guns blazing and vows to fight for Sean against his inner demons and anyone on the outside who dares to hurt him.
I thought Shayla was a kick ass heroine. She was funny and feisty and wasn’t afraid to get in anyone’s face; including Sean. It was comical that she was so tiny but for Sean she took on the world. She was willing to bury her feelings for Stitch in order to get him to a better place. Tissues will be needed at this part of the read.

Their journey together was imperfectly perfect, Shayla and Sean are going to get under your skin and you won’t be able to stop it. This intensely beautiful story will give you all the feels, and i hope you absolutely fall in love with Bad For You as i did.
