Simply Superb
I don't think any amount of words could describe this book & the feelings throughout & after, and do it justice.
I'm a huge fan of Tillie Cole & she is my go to author, So I knew A Thousand Boy Kisses would be a good read & was prepared for this to be a bit of a tearjerker. What I wasn't prepared for was the Absolutely Heartbreakingly Beautiful read from start to finish. I can honestly say I have Never read a book & Cried (ugly crying) so much, but don't mistake all my tears as Sad there was also tears of Joy, Happiness & a Spiritual Peacefulness.
"Moonbeam Hearts and Sunshine Smiles..."

"For Infinity" &
"Forever Always"

A dark sadness takes over Rune in missing Poppy so much & not understanding why she has cut him off, he takes his sadness & anger out on the people he loves the most. "Kiss number three hundred and fifty six. With Rune on my drive way when he left."
Rune returns from Norway still angry at the world & thinking each of them has moved on, but at an emotional reunion the devastating truth is revealed.

"These lips are yours, Poppymin."
"Just as these lips are yours, Rune."
Even though they are both so young you never doubt the intensity of their love for each other as a True Love.
"Kiss eight hundred and nineteen was the kiss that changed it all. The kiss that proved that a long-haired brooding boy from Norway and a quirky girl from the Deep South could find a love to rival the greats. It showed that love was simply the tenacity to make sure that the other half of your heart knew he, or she, was adored in every way. In every minute of every day. That love was tenderness in its purest form."
I would most definitely recommend this book, have your tissues ready & be prepared to be Immersed into a Captivating & Beautifully written story with the most unforgettable moments. And is simply
"As special as special can be."
Tillie Cole is a Northern girl through and through. She originates from Teesside on that little but awesomely sunny (okay I exaggerate) Isle called Great Britain. She was brought up surrounded by her English rose mother -- a farmer's daughter, her crazy Scottish father, a savagely sarcastic sister and a multitude of rescue animals and horses.
Being a scary blend of Scottish and English, Tillie embraces both cultures; her English heritage through her love of HP sauce and freshly made Yorkshire Puddings, and her Scottish which is mostly demonstrated by her frighteningly foul-mouthed episodes of pure rage and her much loved dirty jokes.
