About ARROGANT DEVIL
Everyone in Cedar Creek, Texas, knows Jack McNight is an arrogant devil. Physically, I get it: he’s tan and fit, with coal-black hair that’s clearly been scorched by hellfire. Oh, and his personality? It burns just as hot.
When I show up on the doorstep of Blue Stone Ranch, I’m run-down and rockin’ my last pair of underwear. I’m hoping for a savior, but instead, I find him.

Loved every minute of this read, holds hands up!! I really didn't think it was going to be as funny and emotional as i found it.
ARROGANT DEVIL was a wonderful slow burn with natural banter and humour.
Little side note.... I just adored Jack's grandma Edith and Alfred the Golden Retriever! Yes i know he's a dog but he brought so much fun to this read. That you won't be able to not fall in love with him.
All in all this book was something i wasn't expecting. Thank you R.S. Grey for bringing a smile to my face and warming my heart.

ARROGANT DEVIL was a wonderful slow burn with natural banter and humour.
Meredith has taken a huge leap, she's left a very unhappy marriage. And finds herself in Texas with only the clothes on her back. Hoping she can seek solace with her estranged sister. But things don't quite go to plan, her sister is on a long vacation and isn't really as supportive as she hoped. The only help she can give her is to offer Meredith a job with her boss Jack McKnight. Meredith is desperate so from a not so great start of meeting Jack she still agrees to his terms of housekeeper.
Jack is a busy man his work and ranch life taking up the majority of his time. With his assistant on vacation and his housekeeper quitting he's under even more pressure. When his assistant calls him asking for a favour. Of hiring her half sister he reluctantly agrees. Here's the thing Jack doesn't quite trust Meredith. Especially in the light of how her sister paints her. He's told she's a spoiled princess just having a fit and will most likely not even last the week! Before high tailing it back to her rich husband.
From this we get a wonderful slow burn with emotional and funny moments. With Arrogant Devil i really appreciated the slow burn. We get to know so much about Jack and Meredith so when they come together its in a wonderful and natural way.
(It wasn't a slow burn with fillers!!)
Meredith definitely isn't the princess city girl she's painted to be. And Jack wasn't the Arrogant Devil he likes everyone to think he his.
