       Well Hot Damn! Harper Sloan really brought us the hot factor with Shane's Character. Her male characters are always alpha male but Shane was definitely more in such a delicious way. I am a huge fan of all that is Harper Sloan books especially the "Hope Town" series as well as the "Corps Security" series.

Nikki is Ember's best friend and Shane is Nate's best friend and business partner at the Dirty Dog! While they were mentioned in the previous book we didn't know too much about them. Which i'm so glad about because going into Drunk on You I didn't know what to expect from either of these characters, and they both blew me away. 

 When Shane and Nikki first come together in this read and let me tell you it was in a spectacular way! It was all a game between the two of them. A fake relationship to get their exes to leave them alone, and it wasn't exactly a hardship with their sexual chemistry to throw in that they should indulge in some fun sexy times too. 

 Their chemistry soon exploded into so much more. They just needed to open themselves up and trust in what they have. Watching Nikki and Shane's relationship grow was off the charts hot but also you could see the really fear that they both had. But they were absolutely perfect for one another. Balancing each other out in ways that neither expected and taking their passions to levels neither one of them experienced. 

Drunk on You maybe the fourth book in the Hope Town Series but it just goes to show that with fabulous writing and amazing characters that a series can continue to be just as good if not better with every book that comes along. And i couldn’t get enough of these two and every chapter had me just begging for more. Also leaving me excited to get Liberty's book, she was a great addition to the characters of this series and looks like she will give one of the Cage boys a run for their money. But which Cage is it going to be???
