I'm a huge fan of both of these authors works, so when they come together i know i'm in for a ride of my life and Misadventures of a City Girl was just that. It was a fast paced insta lust then love story with off the charts chemistry with two equally hot main characters.

Luke is a sexy mountain man who needs solitude. Maddison is looking for peace after a messy divorce. You can't help but fall in love with with both of these characters and their stories. Both seem completely different but realise when they meet that something is missing and they find what their looking for in each other. They just never expected to find it in the way they did. But sometimes the best things often happen when we least expect.
"I'm a man, not a pussy. what the hell do i need tweezers for?"
"For splinters, I don't know. Most people have a pair for something."

This wasn't just a swoon worthy read. We got some hilarious moments and banter between Luke and Maddison. That had me giggling when i wasn't getting hot under the collar. And some of the sweetest, vulnerable moments.
This really was a sweet, sexy story of two people starting over. Both Luke and Madison needed a new start. And in each other they found strength, confidence, peace and ultimately love. I couldn't put it down and would highly recommend.
