I've spent my life thinking I knew the worst that could happen.
Battles come and go. Wars are almost always won in the end. It's easy to grow complacent and forget even the deadliest should glance over their shoulder from time to time.

This was a love story like no other what Slade does to strengthen himself to be the man he needs to be to save Ella. And what Ella goes through to save Slade just melts your heart and hurts your soul. To be part of a love like that.....there are no words.
“I spent centuries falling in love with you, and I never even heard you speak. I dissected each of those repeated scenes, looking for every clue as to who you were, learned to read lips the best I could, and learned all I could about you” he bites out, even as another hot tear rolls down my cheek. “You didn’t even exist yet, and I loved you so much that I lived through hell to save you from their visions, Ella. I don’t fucking hate you,” he says, his voice so raw. “No matter how hard I’ve tried to do exactly that.”
This is the best PNR series that i have every had the pleasure of reading. It really give us EVERYTHING!!
I can't recommend C.M. Owens enough all her books are fabulous they devour you. Weather it's her PNR reads, Romance, MC or her Laugh Out Loud reads. She should be read!!
