Sparks Fly is a light, enjoyable and sweet read from Lauren Runow. It was definitely more of a read than i was expecting, i'm always on the fence when it comes to Royal's in a read but the humanitarian aspect covered in this story gave this read so much more. I really appreciated that it wasn't just about stuck up royals having a hiss fit about traditions.
Sage and Everly are both strong minded individuals. Both wanting to live their lives by their choices. But when traditions start to dictate how you should live your life. Do you fight for what you want or live by your duty???
Sage and Everly were great characters, i liked there strength and compassion. I loved that Sage fought for what he wanted even when fighting against Everly for Everly!! Their chemistry kept me entertained throughout. Two other characters that stood out for me was Sage's best friends Logan and Joey. I would love to hear more from them. It was definitely and interesting trio.
If you looking for a modern day fairytale then look no further. For me the cover of this book doesn't really do the story justice so as the saying go's don't judge a book by it cover.

Lauren Runow is the author of multiple Adult Contemporary Romance novels, some more dirty than others. When Lauren isn't writing, you'll find her listening to music, at her local CrossFit, reading, or at the baseball field with her boys. Her only vice is coffee, and she swears it makes her a better mom!
