Having only read V.F. Mason's Sociopath's and Mafia reads and loving them. I couldn't wait to delve into another side of V.F. Mason reads. Not only can she write amazing intense, gritty reads. She can write sweet, swoon worthy reads to
(not that i didn't find her strong alpha males in the books i had read swoon worthy but they are completely different reads)

A series of events find Shane and Serena at Rising Star Ranch somewhere neither of them expected to be. Both having different reasons for being there, but needing to sort their lives out.

The chemistry is hot and heavy with Shane and Serena. Both falling hard and fast, but starting out with secrets always leads to heartache. It's that heartache that gives them the strength to open up and move forward.

"My warrior conquered the dragon, came into the castle, and took the princess. And they say fairy tales don't come true."

This story has an amazing set of secondary characters that adds to the romance and angst. And i'm already invested in their story and like always with a V.F. Mason read you've got me needing Maggie's book like i need my next breath. I really can't decide who i want her with my mind was jumping all over the place!!!

My Thoughts

Shane's Truth is a standalone romance about two people finding their place in the world around them after tragedy. And in doing so find so much more in each other. Neither were looking for love but once they found it never wanted to let go.

V.F.Mason always loved reading books and had quite a few fights with her momma over the genre she liked (romance, duh!) She studied filmmaking and thought that would feed her desire for stories, but that didn't happen.

Finally, when she was tired of all those voices in her head, she sat down and wrote a book. It was a huge decision to make and she thanks her friends and family for supporting her in it.When she is not writing, she can be found with her friends doing all sorts of crazy things or reading recent romance books that were written by her favorite authors.
