Chelle and Eden have brought us an entertaining, steamy, fast paced, second chance romance with Tied Down. If you have have read Nailed Down then you will know we have already met Kiel. Don't worry if you haven't these books can be read as stand alone's with no problems. I just feel for those who met him, we're of the same opinion he came across as a Cocky manwhore!!
But after reading this story I now know why he had the attitude he had. We get the background needed to understand him better. And to know why he is the way he is and does the things he does.
Five years ago Kiel fell in love with Cara they quickly married in secret. Coming from a crime family Cara panicked when it came to telling her father. She did the unthinkable and lied about who Kiel really was to her. In turn breaking his heart but also causing him to be badly beaten by her brother and family. That experience changed him, he became colder to other women. But all it took was for Cara to enter back into his life. For him to realise that, his feelings for her didn't exactly die.

Cara knows that she broke Kiel's heart with what she did to him. She's never stopped loving him but knew he couldn't forgive her. But she desperately needs his help, so she tricks him into meeting with her. She knows she does not deserve his loyalty and protectiveness but ask's for it anyway.

I don't think i've read a book where both main characters i didn't like at the first meeting!! But through fantastic story telling of their flaw's, i understood why they did what they did and through forgiveness i fell hopelessly for them both and their story to HEA.
I am loving this writing duo of Chelle Bliss & Eden Butler and can't wait for Dale and Johnny to each get a book!!
