This is my first read from Lyssa Dering and the Blurb really pulled me in. I found this to be a completely different take on a Vampire story to which i found very refreshing.

Eli needs to be controlled and dominate he started of joining the BDSM world but was treated badly and never found a place that he felt like he belonged to. Until he found out about a Vampire site that you willingly sign yourself over too for the weekend and basically anything goes. Moving from Vampire den to Vampire den he becomes addicted to the bite but is still looking for that one that will keep him or make him feel that he belongs.

Eli is quite bratish so when he is introduced to Orion he acts like a petulant child even more so when he finds out Orion isn't a full Vampire that he is a half breed. Even when he knows that Orion can give him what he really needs, his body and mind won't let him accept it.

Orion is a dhampir a half breed he has vampire strength, needs to feed on blood though not as much as a full vamp, he ages and doesn't have fangs. He is a Dominate but because he lives with full vampires he lacks self-confidence and doubt's that anyone would want him so try's to keep himself to himself but Eli intrigues him and Pushes his boundaries and brings him confidence.

The push and pull between these two was erotic but also you could feel the struggle they both felt. The only problem i had was the ending not that it was bad because it wasn't. I just wanted more, needed more to their ending. I have enjoyed this read and looking forward to more in this series.
